Donna and Todd launched the Distressed Finance Division at Key Corporate Services, LLC in recognition of the unique skill sets required to work within the various segments of corporate recovery and recapitalization.

Donna graduated from Indiana University with a degree in accounting and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association(TMA).

Todd is a graduate of Bowling Green State University Business School and is a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA).

Clients range from publicly held international consulting and accounting firms to single office boutique and private equity firms.
